Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for the communications and scheduling of the global network of KOLs and community oncologists for Aptitude Health. This individual is responsible for managing our recruitment needs for consulting and promotional opportunities. She/he works closely with our Account Services, Business Development and Finance teams to ensure that client project deliverables are met on time and on budget in accordance with the Company’s business objectives. The Regional Manager helps to maximize revenue recognition and is responsible for not only supporting recruitment efforts around key events and coordinating communications to the network members, but also to support the execution of strategies that provide value back to them.

Job Summary

This individual is responsible for managing our recruitment needs for consulting and promotional opportunities. She/he works closely with our Account Services, Business Development and Finance teams to ensure that client project deliverables are met on time and on budget in accordance with the Company’s business objectives. The Regional Manager helps to maximize revenue recognition and is responsible for not only supporting recruitment efforts around key events and coordinating communications to the network members, but also to support the execution of strategies that provide value back to them.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process, log, route, maintain and safeguard all consultant and practice signup and renewal membership agreements, tax forms and demographic profile data in Axess Network management systems in accordance with our GDPR practices
  • Enter new and update existing network member profile data in physician database system and ensure it remains accurate
  • Provide network analyses reports to Business Development and Account Services teams to help identify and target the most appropriate consultants and practices for client projects
  • Perform regular audits to confirm that Axess Network consultant and practice data has been properly added to network panel management, project management, and finance systems
  • Manage Axess Network membership campaigns with the intent of maximizing the percentage of clinicians or practices that engage in a formal consulting projects and participate in educational initiatives and programs
  • Manage daily communications with consultants and practices for consulting opportunity recruitment and scheduling
  • Work with the Account Services and Finance teams to reconcile, calculate and process payments for consultants following the completion of client projects:
  • Confirm payment rates and amounts due each consultant who participated
  • Create and route payment requests
  • Assure that all consultant payments are aligned to the appropriate project codes
  • Confirm delivery of payments
  • Report contract signing and network membership project participation metrics on a regular basis
  • Manage the creation and distribution of live meeting data collection kits and sign in sheets
  • Participate in the development and deployment of regularly scheduled Axess Network member profile data collection and satisfaction surveys
  • Track all project related work hours in appropriate project management systems
  • Available to travel on a limited basis when required (up to 15-20%)
  • Other duties may be reasonably assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Experience as account manager at a healthcare agency, 3+ years
  • Understanding of the HCP transfer of value reporting (Sunshine Act in US and EFPIA in EU)
  • Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without close guidance or supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in live event planning and management
  • Demonstrated project management experience for meetings / events including congresses, symposia, speaker trainings, advisory boards
  • Fluent in data management, spreadsheets, and project management software
  • Highly efficient in the use of Office 365

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
  • Travel may be required based on business needs (domestically and internationally) and attend virtual programs outside of working hours as needed.
